Sure, it has some annoying quirks and bugs but virtually every mod changes the feel of the game in some way and, i find, often it loses some of its charm. This goes even for graphical mods. Id also reccomend master difficulty, it makes the enemies less spongy, you too but that isnt as much of an issue.
